so last night got new update again on ran-gs and this update is really nice especially to pow 5ter/sm/ec.
but pow arch/gunner seem unchanged

sory for low res.. got to fit in lower than 200k for the pic

"power attacking without the cut" was introduced first to pow classes, then the "power attacking with the cut" was introduced experimentally in int gunners. When they managed to have the desired effect, they put it all in all of the skills to complement all low lvl skills cut effect.

Blackout is faint? I hope we get that adjustment...pow sm needs more effects...and ex sm too. Ex sm almost has no skills with effects..just cut. One has power attacking but its a 2 hitter, and some of the low level skills from dex sm have faint like the throw sword and explosive strike.

like like like. 197 power ec 99% decreased to opponent movement 2 seconds + remove buff skill effects

saw ppl dueling..blackout look like u been hit by gunner int 177 or pow archer 197. so maybe pull/push is not suitable for pow attacking methinks

also obviously so many skill got improved; some skills got slow, paralysis, lower def and pow kick got additional value and etc2 .

but int sm/5ter now look like can be a killer with lock pot, remove buff.

so we just wait till gm got enough money to buy the patch then

They should have more than enough...I guess they are using our money to buy nice cars and mansions first then "Oops, not enough left for the new patch! Time to scam our loyal players with gacha events!" Lol

ic.. so the "class adjustment" is on their boost and refit event

"update minor changes to current skill settings" like its not a big deal lol.

it looks like their server more to become test server to me

now that u mentioned...
no wonder 3 of us sm extreme lvling at S3 being laugh out, cos our skill although good for lvling, clearing mob.. when pk time... we become like chicken run...
so sad this sm extreme

Lol i dont wanna start from 0. besides there so many philippines.. just like every private server.
but is it only me or really they messed up the skill effect? i use noob skill but the skill effect shows high level one.. its out of place.
my motive for thread like this is just sharing info (implying ppl donno it yet) for this deserted forum

Same here, I don't want to abandon my four 19x chars on myrosso that I spent so much time and money on and start over on a different server...nor do I have the time. That server would be better for me though since I'm in USA. Malaysian server is so hard to play for me because of the 12 hour time difference. Everyone is sleeping when I log on and war and GM events are held when I'm sleeping...

I was originally on RAN GS back in 2006 when it was ep1 but it was basically just a test run for them and they eventually closed the server. That's when I moved to the Malaysian server...if I would've known they would re-open the GS server a year later I would've just waited.

double standard to south eastern ppl. why are we getting update the slowest? we are the least contributor to developer funding?

By the way, Yong Online (Taiwan Server) got the update before global server does. What's happening??

Blackout = cut

thump = power attacking

item with weird random rate = new random rate options

global = direct to developer but still new player base

LOL what happen to ran gs after recent update?
its look like a private server with very high item/gold drop rate, mob quantity/spawn rate and corny skill effect..
their gm must be on something and overdid it @_@

but i think rosso gm know the update is like a timed bomb. once they activate it.. bricks will be shat
so they create a series of events just to delay it while continue making proft.

pic is ex shaman 177 on dex gunner with cdm +10.. i thought the skill is pow? if int im no surprise

Another rumoured feature is regarding mobs luring. Take a look at this video (Taiwan Server)

Fast forward to 05:26 for some sick mobs luring.

Another video about the new Phoenix campus 'look' (Korean Server?), along the way you will notice how the mobs are spread across the map, most of them are spawn in a group with no mobility at all =.= and why the hell are all npcs outside 1f??
