Since myrosso ran now already become so easy to level up so why still using old method to sell your web item rosso?
new player wont give a sh1t to wait for promotion as there are so many games around and much better graphic/gameplay

do you want less ppl spend their entire life saving or more ppl spend less like ran ph :- more server, more players but cheap web item?  

ok that said here is my suggestion and all should be permanently sold:

1) sell +150 hit rate purplish/royale rental weapon that can be combine with own weapon
2) change concentration potion to be +100 hit rate or smthg
3) no more gender event and just give at least 6x exp every week so ppl can use hair color/style
4) all of the accessories on web should be edited to add more value due to reformation and avoid especially
5) sell oblivion s, e, phoenix tears  permanently like ran ph or other server
6) sell point card minimum 100 point idgaf what u greedy sh1t think

will add more xD

1) +150 hit rate is way too much. +50 hit rate/avoid is reasonable.
2) Again +100 hit rate is too much. +10% would be more acceptable.
3) I agree that Gender Cards should not be used soley for EXP Events. Do other servers even have gender EXP Events? Not that I've heard of.
4) Concur, too many trashes on the webstore. I wonder how many +7 15D weapon they have sold since 2010.
5) PH Tears A/B/C and Water S should be sold permanently in store. Introduce Tear D for manually resets 300 points. Put in missions where players could get free untradable oblivion A and E, but limit the level of the character using it. For example, limit Water A from lvl 100-150 and Water E from lvl 170-199.
6) Should have add in 500 points as well.

cause we talk about reformation when it came on ran gs and they only have def and atk stats. so when finally rosso got the adjustment and reform update surprisingly they were using different patch and i suspect they are using the one from ran yong taiwan or watever. i dont think high avoid is necessary to tank mobs or boss cause either boss/mobs wont give a sh1t about ur avoid or a decent 8xx def up is enough to tank 4 room 51f.

Why dont just capped the avoid.. example max avoid is 100 for sm 5ther gunner and 200 for archer and ex-archer...
Avoid make most of my int skill miss... i thought int wont miss... sigh

Lemme tell ya, avoid is quite unreliable. When you increase it, your chances to miss increases up to a breakpoint, where even you increase your avoid, you will still get hit once even when it's supposed to be 100% miss.

Another thing, the developers made a big mistake by scaling hit/avoid by so much it doesn't matter your class or your skill, someone with items will be so imba. Maybe they're so stuck with the effects of Berserk Aura (-260 avoid) and unable to work around the buff correctly. Maybe that's why they made these stupid rates.

About the int missing, it's actually a bugged skill. Skills at maximum range are bugged like crazy. I think all classes are affected, except for melee classes with very short range.

Ya, int skills will never miss because of avoid. You were either out of range or they had int gunner temple buff.

1) All those weapon need increased attack until same with the newbie weapon damage, because the money is only worth the damage as a +7 and with the 0.5s stun. Upgrade it so it has same damage as newbie weapon or player won't buy them.

Make the noob weapon +7 ( jianxi bow, bamboo dagger, leather gaunt, manner stick, etc. ) into +9

The normal weapon +7 ( wind dagger, bagua stick, sharp sword, hunter bow, lead glove, etc. ) shoud have extra stun duration; upgrade those 0.5s stun into 0.7s stun

the "good" weapon +7 ( tough glove, slayer dagger, spar alloy bow, dragon wand, dragon sword, spirit spear, etc. ) upgrade those 0.5s stun into 1.0s stun

All those web weapon should have extra damage or people wont buy them, and give them value for the purchased weapon for having a stun element



2) upgrade buff potions to be like this :

fury potion
increased damage 15%

hardness potion
increased defense 15%

concentration potion
increased hit rate +40

evasion potion
increased avoid rate +40

furious potion
increased damage 7%, hit rate +20

metal potion
increased damage 7%, avoid rate +20



3) better fix the gender card functionality so that it checks for hair color card, hair style card usage, face change usage. if it checks for either of them, the gender card will have to open more options for the player to customize instead for the default options

remember, using those web items will open up more options for player to customize, using gender card will subvert those

the gm should have prevented those from happening so that the value of the cards mentioned above increase.



4) some accessories are meant to have that value, but buying that means giving up from buying a much better item that makes a player unable to use the accessories above due to equipment slot being used.

they should have been made cheaper, or upgrade those so that it is still relevant to buy it even with the item reform.

those item mentioned :

all web bracelet items
all web hat items
all web ring items
all web necklace items



5) and 6) i got nothing to say, because i dunno what the gm are doing with those.
